theories and etc.
"Kuroha" has no name officially, and instead responds to any formation of "Konoha", "Kuro Konoha", etc.
Kuroha is a gaggle of snakes, specifically, Konoha's snake that Konoha couldn't control and instead went insane and went out of his way to kill everybody. Hence why he calls Azami "Master".
When Kuroha uses "waga", it's the snake talking. When he uses "boku", it's Haruka talking.
Kuroha wants to do everything to keep his friends (that he met as Konoha) close to him.
When he calls Mary queen, he's doing it ironically, as doing so will goad Mary into resetting the timeline and therefore he's able to spend more time his friends. In the latest chapter, he killed the Mekadan because ???
Kuroha shares a body with Konoha, and is able to materialize for only a short period of time as "himself" before completely taking over Konoha's body and sanity.
Kuroha retains Haruka's original memories and is a manifestation of his fears. Just as how Konoha represents a part of Haruka that's simple escapist ideas (perfect body, his character in a game, etc), Kuroha represents the part of Haruka that the sick boy keeps repressed. He doesn't want his friends to leave him behind, and that mixed with the snake caused Kuroha's appearance.
